Torben Bondrop

Torben is one of Denmark's foremost litigators. Torben has unique litigation experience, having been successful in eleven consecutive cases before the Danish Supreme Court.

Torben has had a right to appear before the Danish Supreme Court for more than 30 years, and he is also a qualified arbitrator. Due to his high success rate and extensive litigation experience he is in demand among Danish and international companies, and he conducts litigation and arbitration proceedings in a range of areas of the law.

Torben focuses on insurance law and pensions law and has conducted a large number of litigation and arbitration proceedings in these areas.

Furthermore, Torben holds a number of positions of trust relating to the field of legal proceedings and insurance law, including as chairman of the board of the Association of the Supreme Court, secretary of the Danish Society for Insurance Law, member of the Board of the Society for Compensation and Insurance (FEF), member of the International Association for Insurance Law (AIDA). He is a former board member of the regional AIDA Europe.
