Ms. Grindon is a shareholder and chair of Baker Donelson's Business Department. Ms. Grindon also serves on Baker Donelson's Board of Directors and as Chair of the Firm's Audit and Finance Committee. She concentrates her practice in securities and corporate finance, corporate governance and business transactions. Ms. Grindon represents companies in public and private offerings of both debt and equity securities, defending and initiating tender offers and federal securities law compliance issues. She represents numerous public listed companies (both the NYSE and Nasdaq) as outside securities and board governance counsel. She is also experienced in the representation of private equity and hedge funds and institutional investors in those funds.

Ms. Grindon is a member of the American, Maryland, Nashville, Tennessee and Washington, D.C. Bar Associations and is a Fellow of the Nashville Bar Foundation.
