Toni's work spans commercial and investment arbitration, with experience under more than a dozen different arbitration rules (incl. ICC, VIAC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, CAM, DIAC, CAS, BAT, CFF, UNUM, Zagreb Rules) and various applicable laws, as well as related litigation and enforcement proceedings. Toni regularly advises clients on dispute avoidance, contract structuring, and regulatory matters in sectors such as construction, energy, and sports, with particular emphasis on projects and disputes involving cross-border and public-international elements.

Toni is appointed as arbitrator and tribunal secretary in international cases, valued for a pragmatic, procedurally disciplined approach and sector-specific understanding of construction, energy regulation, and sports governance. Alongside disputes, Toni advises on FIDIC-based contracts, infrastructure projects, and compliance frameworks. Toni is a member of a select group of practitioners listed on the National List of Dispute Adjudicators and Arbitrators under FIDIC Conditions of Contract, maintained by the Croatian Chamber of Economy.
