Toni Hudson is a Senior Associate with significant experience in supporting companies in a wide range of employment law issues. Toni routinely represents employers in defending tribunal claims, to include performing her own advocacy. She frequently advises employers in relation to grievance and disciplinary investigations and has extensive experience in restructuring, redundancy (including collective consultation) and the TUPE regulations.
