Joined Nagashima & Ohno in 1997. Became a Partner of Nagashima Ohno &Tsunematsu in 2007. Trained at Schulte Roth & Zabel, New York (2002-03). Worked at the Ministry of Justice of Japan (engaged in drafting the Companies Act Bill) (2003-05).
