Tomasz Waszewski has developed a wide-ranging disputes practice, representing clients across a notably diverse range of sectors and subject matters. His recent work spans state aid and EU funds recovery, real estate financing, energy trading, construction disputes, professional liability and consumer protection proceedings involving unfair contract terms. His client base includes international and domestic clients from the construction, hospitality, retail and consulting industries, with cross-border representations for clients based in Germany and Australia. He is also the lead lawyer on the firm's ongoing general litigation mandate for a subsidiary of a leading German industrial manufacturer.
