He has represented Clients in precedential disputes concerning the protection of pharmaceutical patents and copyright protection on the Internet, as well as in proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, and in litigation related to appeals against the body’s decisions, in cases involving the abuse of a dominant position, competition-restricting agreements, and practices infringing collective consumer interests.
