Tomasz Krzyżowski co-heads the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He routinely works on corporate acquisitions and disposals. Tomasz focuses his practice on takeovers through the acquisition of shares or assets, as well as reorganizations of companies.

Tomasz is seasoned in cross-border, multijurisdictional transactions with a special focus on Central and Eastern Europe as well as Southern and Eastern Europe. He is recommended in Corporate/M&A by Chambers Europe, Chambers Global, the Legal 500 and was awarded as BTI Client Service All-Stars for 2016. He has been recommended as a Hall of Fame member by the Legal 500 since 2020.
