Tomasz Derda has strong experience in advising on corporate and employment matters in Poland.

He has extensive experience in advising on general corporate matters, including restructurings, M&A transactions and due diligence of companies.

He has advised on many complex employment issues, including litigation and dispute resolution, works councils and unions and the employment aspects of all types of corporate transactions.

Tomasz focuses particularly on consumer goods and retail, energy & infrastructure, transport & logistics, as well as the private equity sector.
