Tom Wrzesien

Tom is a partner in TLT's Projects, Infrastructure and Construction team.

With more than 25 years' construction law experience, he advises on dispute resolution and avoidance on complex construction, engineering, and energy contracts.

He has extensive litigation experience in the Technology and Construction Court and in the Commercial Court, together with international and domestic arbitration, adjudication, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

A key focus of his practice is resolving disputes on live projects. Tom works alongside his clients to address performance problems and avoid litigation. This requires an in-depth knowledge of complex contractual obligations and their application to real world issues. More importantly it demands a clear understanding of the industry and the commercial context of the projects concerned.
