Tom has experience acting for financiers, arrangers, credit insurers, equity investors and lessors on a range of financing, leasing, M&A, asset sale & purchase and restructuring transactions, predominantly in the aviation sphere but also involving maritime assets, satellites and other moveable equipment.

Tom has previously spent nine months seconded to the legal department of a major aircraft leasing company and six months seconded to the legal department of an international investment bank.
