Tom was co-lead counsel and one of the principal architects of Dominion Voting System’s defamation lawsuits against Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani, Fox News, and others arising out of false claims that Dominion stole the 2020 U.S. presidential election, instrumental in achieving the widely reported $787 million settlement from Fox News. Tom was also lead trial counsel in representing Daniel Michalow in a FINRA arbitration in which the arbitration panel awarded Mr. Michalow $52.1 million in damages on his defamation claims, one of the largest FINRA defamation awards ever.
