Toby L. Gerber concentrates his practice in bankruptcy, corporate reorganization and creditor rights, and commercial litigation. He represents financial institutions, non-bank lenders and a variety of other clients on bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters, as well as issues in telecommunications, energy and transportation industries. He has acted as lead bankruptcy and litigation counsel for bank groups, lenders and creditor groups in major cases throughout the United States and in numerous foreign jurisdictions.
