Mr. Stirnberg advises Brazilian corporations, international and Brazilian lenders, sponsors and underwriting firms in a broad range of corporate, capital markets and finance matters. He has extensive expertise in infrastructure, financial services, transportation, oil & gas and manufacturing. He represents Embraer, Gol, CCR, B3, Itau BBA, Santander Brasil, JSL, Braskem, IRB and CSN in corporate finance and capital markets transactions as well as regulatory matters. He has experience in infrastructure related project financings with work for Goldman Sachs, Patria, EIG, CCR and CELSE. He has also been active in the debt restructurings of Oi, Embraport, QGOG Constellation and Andrade Gutierrez.
