Adam Brenneman’s innovative work on complex cross-border transactions includes some of the region’s largest capital markets, financing, and restructuring transactions. His wide-ranging practice focuses on international corporate and financial transactions including capital markets, restructuring, financings, special situations investments, and public-private partnership (PPP) transactions. Adam regularly represents issuers, borrowers, banks, funds and other investors in cutting-edge distressed and finance transactions and additionally has expertise in SPACs, securitizations and asset-backed financing, sustainable finance and complex multijurisdictional restructurings.
