Tirso is a partner and heads the Finance and Real Estate practices.
In his finance practice, Tirso represents lenders and borrowers on a variety of debt financing, including syndicated lending, project finance, real estate development financing, and aircraft financing.
Tirso also advises issuers and underwriters on equity and debt capital markets transactions. He has represented sovereign entities, financial institutions, and state-owned enterprises in some of the largest bond issuances and listings with the Macau Central Securities Depository and the Chongwa Financial Asset Exchange (MOX).
In his Real Estate practice, Tirso acts for high-network individuals, developers and investment funds in large-scale projects and transactions. His experience includes advising on the development, acquisition, and financing of commercial, logistical, residential and hotel properties.
Tirso currently serves as the head of the Hong Kong office.
