Tina is also a hugely experienced corporate lawyer, specialising in M&A.

She advises businesses on establishment, structuring, partnership documentation, mergers and other types of combinations and affiliations, regulation, partner and team moves and the entire gamut of management issues that professional firms face. She frequently works on international transactions and has represented many of the US law firms that have established a UK and EU presence.
