Career

Tim has a long-standing interest in the role of justice and equity, and it’s this curiosity that has informed most of his career.

After working in the UNHCR as well as leading a legal aid team in Kenya, today Tim is focused on trusts, asset and estate planning, helping his clients put in place structures that will stand the test of time and benefit others.

Recognition

Timothy is a regular speaker at trust and estate planning seminars for a range of industry bodies. He is also heavily involved in a range of church and community organisations.

Together with the Australasian Meritas member firms, Tim also put together a comprehensive guide to Wills & Estates in Australia and New Zealand which covers everything from preparing and executing a will to appointing executors and managing estate disputes.
