Tim specialises in commercial disputes with a particular emphasis on international arbitration, construction and professional liability. Many of his disputes relate to projects in the Middle East as Tim spent 2 years living and working in Dubai. He is currently instructed in arbitrations with seats in London and Singapore arising out of projects and transactions in Saudi Arabia, India and the Maldives. Tim’s construction practice encompasses both domestic and international claims with an emphasis on disputes relating to infrastructure projects. He has particular experience of claims relating to the construction of airports and power stations. Tim’s expertise in the context of professional liability work encompasses the full range of claims against professionals with a particular focus on solicitors, especially in respect of claims arising out of commercial transactions and failed litigation.
