His experience includes advising Prosus, JDE Peet's, NXfiltration, NIBC, Alfen, Marel and Refresco on their IPO on Amsterdam Euronext, DPA Group on the public offer by Gilde, NIBC on its public takeover by Blackstone, Ahold on its merger of equals with Delhaize and Exact on its public takeover by Apax. Tim also worked with EFIC1, ESG Core Investments, CTAC1, DSCI & II on their Special Purpose Acquisition Company (or SPAC) IPOs on Amsterdam Euronext.
