Tim's practice is focused on helping to resolve business and personal disputes through litigation, arbitration, and mediation. His experience with jury trials has gained recognition by others culminating in his admission as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL). ACTL is an invitation only organization reserved to preeminent trial attorneys whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality. Tim is also well versed as an arbitrator and mediator, and he is one of just a handful of Nebraska lawyers admitted to the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. He is a past president of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
