Thomas Chou is a co-head of the firm’s Asia private equity practice and a leader in the firm’s China M&A practice, both of which are consistently highly ranked in major independent industry league tables and lawyer ranking organizations.

Thomas’ corporate practice spans over two decades of experience in the U.S. and Asia Pacific region, focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions (inbound and outbound), joint ventures, as well as private equity and venture capital financings. His clients include industry leading growth companies as well the investors who fund them (private equity and venture capital funds, family offices, corporate/strategic investment arms of MNCs, insurance companies, and sovereign wealth funds). His practice is focused on the technology, media and telecom, healthcare and life sciences, and consumer and retail industries.
