Tom Wilson co-chairs the firm’s Infrastructure Group and heads its construction and arbitration practices in the Middle East. He represents public and private owners, international contractors, and original equipment manufacturers in resolving disputes over the construction and operation of infrastructure and other built assets. Tom has extensive experience resolving disputes through arbitration and alternative dispute resolution and serves as advocate in arbitration proceedings of all types, and in DIFC court proceedings. He advises clients regarding project delivery systems, contract negotiation, contract compliance, and risk management. Tom also serves as project counsel to clients executing complex projects.
Tom Wilson is a member of the firm’s Global Board and serves as managing partner of our UAE offices. He also regularly sits as a presiding and party-appointed arbitrator in ICC, LCIA, DIAC and ad hoc arbitrations.
