Practice Areas

I have been working as a self-employed lawyer in labour and social law since 2005. In doing so, I advise both employers and employees in all areas of this area of law and represent my clients before courts and authorities. The drafting and review of contracts as well as the writing of legal statements and legal opinions are also part of my regular range of services. There is also a focus on the demanding collective labour law (including the European Works Constitution).

As far as my time allows, I also publish in scientific journals and give lectures.
