Thomas has more than 15 years of experience within mergers and acquisition as legal advisor on +100 transactions ranging from small companies to large blue chip corporations. Moreover, Thomas has extensive experience in cross-border transactions.

He is adviser to several Danish and international companies and P/E-houses within all aspects of M&A transactions and on corporate and commercial matters in the day-to-day operation. Further, Thomas is specialized in sports law and he advises professional football players and other professional athletes in connection with their transfers between clubs, remuneration packages and the use and commercialization of their commercial rights.

In addition, Thomas works as an external lecturer for legal professionals in the course "Mergers and Acquisitions".
