- Represented an online retailer defending against claims of trademark infringement, counterfeiting and false designation of origin before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Claims resolved through settlement.

- Represented a software company alleging breach of contract, Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and copyright infringement claims before the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. Claims resolved through settlement.

- Represented software company alleging breach of contract and copyright infringement claims before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Claims resolved through settlement.
