Thaynara Charlesworth

Thaynara Charlesworthis a Legal Director in the Corporate and Commercial team at Raworths. She has significant experience in acquisitions and disposals of businesses leading asset and share acquisitions/sales, advising clients upon all aspects of these transactions from the legal due diligence and disclosure processes through to drafting and negotiation of purchase agreements.

She has also developed particular expertise in complex re-structuring of owner-managed businesses including corporate group simplifications, demergers of family businesses and formation and structuring of family investment companies, working closely with our private client team and external advisors in the process.
