The leader of BakerHostetler’s Digital and Innovative Markets team and a co-leader of the Web3 and Digital Assets team, Teresa Goody Guillén has extensive experience in securities, litigation, investigations and corporate matters, including both capital and crypto markets, and Web3 and digital assets more broadly.
