Tejesh Chitlangi is a senior partner with IC Universal Legal and heads the firm’s financial services and investment funds practice at its Mumbai office. He has assisted in setting up of some of the biggest offshore and Indian Investment Fund structures. Under his leadership, the firm has maintained, over the past several years, a share of more than 30 per cent in the Indian private equity, venture capital, credit and hedge fund structuring/set-up space regulated under the alternative investment fund (AIF) regime notified by the Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI), India’s securities markets regulator.
