Beyond private practice, Tejesh is deeply engaged in policy advisory and regulatory development. He regularly advises key policymakers, including the Government of India, industry bodies and Regulators like SEBI and IFSCA, on legislative reforms, regulatory frameworks and global best practices. He is an active member of several key committees, including being the only law firm partner to have ever been inducted on the SEBI Alternative Investment Policy Advisory Committee (AIPAC) where he plays a pivotal role in regulatory policy making and had also contributed as a member on the Expert Committee on Investment Funds constituted by IFSCA for drafting foundational fund laws and FME regulations for IFSCs in GIFT-City.

Tejesh holds a B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from the prestigious National Law University, Jodhpur with a specialisation and rank in corporate and business laws.
