Teemu specializes in commercial litigation and arbitration. He has represented clients in numerous domestic and international arbitrations and in litigations before Finnish state courts. Teemu assists our clients in all phases of disputes and conflicts from prevention of disputes and negotiation of amicable solutions through to representation in legal proceedings and enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards. In addition, Teemu serves as an arbitrator. Teemu has vast experience from a variety of business disputes relating to e.g. various types of commercial contracts, construction and engineering, M&A transactions, corporate law, insurance and insolvency.
