Taylor Fritsch leverages his skill as a strategic communicator to help clients in the agribusiness, energy, and food and beverage industries find solutions to complex regulatory challenges.
He focuses his practice on representing manufacturers, farms, food processors, public utilities, and other regulated entities before state and federal regulatory agencies, including the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR), the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP), and utility regulators in both Wisconsin and Iowa.
Taylor’s work includes defending clients in enforcement proceedings, navigating permitting issues, and providing ongoing compliance counseling on environmental matters involving water, air, and waste issues.
Taylor’s experience in the energy sector includes representing public utilities in contested case proceedings before state utility regulatory commissions and preparing filings with an eye for detail and an understanding of clients’ strategic objectives.
Because of Taylor’s deep roots in Wisconsin’s agricultural community, clients value his gate-to-plate understanding of their businesses and his knowledge of emerging industry issues. Taylor has experience working with agriculture organizations, including the Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin, Dow AgroSciences, and the Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation. His hands-on work provides a uniquely informed perspective on environmental and other regulatory challenges facing the food production industry.
