Career

Tatjana Shishkovska is a partner at Polenak Law Firm. She is a member of the firm’s Banking and Finance Team and leads the Corporate Practice group. Tatjana has over 10 years of experience in various projects, mostly focused on M&A, corporate law, project finance, cross-border secured transactions, and financial arrangements of IFIs and international banks, which with her corporate experience, gives her an excellent track record and know-how for transactions involving financing structures. Tatjana holds LL.M. from the University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje, North Macedonia and a Corporate Governance Specialization Certificate from the University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius University”, Faculty of Economics (Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia) and the International Finance Corporation.
