Tao Wang

Mr. Tao Wang, senior partner of Rayyin & Partners P.R.C. Lawyers, graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and obtained his Master degree of law from the University of International Business and Economics. Mr. Tao Wang formerly took the tile of Deputy director of Legal Affairs Department of China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textiles, where he focused his attention on the organization and coordination of injury defense in Antidumping, Countervailing and Safeguard investigations against imports of China. Being practicing lawyer, Mr. Tao Wang has dealt with trade remedy cases by many countries with excellent negotiation and communication skills and capabilities with governments and clients. The team led by Mr. Tao Wang has represented the Chinese government, industry associations, public-listed companies, large enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises in many anti-dumping and countervailing cases, among which the team helped clients obtain zero or minimum AD/CVD duties in many cases especially initiated by WTO members granting MET to Chinese exporters. Mr. Tao Wang has also organized the injury defense in cases initiated against China by the United States, the European Union, Turkey, India, Peru, Brazil, Chinese Taipei and other regions where he has represented the Ministry of Commerce of China, China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Electrical and Mechanical Products, China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Medicine and Health Products, China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textiles, China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Light Industrial Products and Art-crafts, China Ceramics Industry Association and China Building Materials Association, and other government and industry organizations. Mr. Tao Wang has always been committed to maximizing the interests of clients.
