She has over 20 years of experience at leading international law firms in Geneva and Paris, where she acted as counsel and arbitrator in a broad range of commercial and investment arbitrations across diverse industries and institutional rules.
Now practicing independently as an arbitrator in Geneva and Paris, Tanya brings to every dispute a combination of deep legal expertise, sound judgment, strong case management skills and an unwavering commitment to excellence, fairness and integrity.
Tanya is admitted to the New York bar, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the Executive Committee of FIAA, and serves on the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Arbitration Centre. A dual national of Canada and France with longstanding ties to Switzerland, she handles common law and civil law disputes in both English and French.
Tanya is recognized as a leader in the arbitration field. She is actively engaged in the arbitration community, contributing to thought leadership and institutional initiatives shaping developments in the field. Passionate about education and mentorship, Tanya has taught advocacy skills for more than a decade and is committed to supporting the next generation of arbitration practitioners.
