Specialises in M&A and corporate, international trade, antitrust and competition regulation, investments in start-up companies, and wealth management. In connection with international trade, Taku mainly deals with foreign direct investments, export controls, sanctions, as well as the new national security regime in Japan for international and Japanese clients.
