Sylvie Welsch has been overseeing the UGGC's litigation team for the past 30 years.

She regularly intervenes in litigation relating to contract law and liability, with a particular focus on health law.

Sylvie Welsch is a leading expert in the field of medical liability (medical accidents, nosocomial infections, iatrogenic diseases, health products, medical devices, vaccines, medicines, etc.). Her expertise extends to the management of civil, administrative, and penal procedures, as well as the management of so-called “serial” damage.

The follow-up of collective disputes, with other departments of the firm, constitutes a new evolution of her activity and of the litigation department.
