Sverre is specialised in energy law, petroleum law and has extensive experience in general contract law and administrative law. He advises energy, oil and gas companies with both petroleum exploration, development and production projects, offshore and onshore wind projects and carbon capture and storage projects. Sverre has broad experience from advising E&P and energy companies in commercial contracts, regulatory issues, disputes and advising on transactions involving purchase of E&P and energy companies, assignment of oil and gas field interests and operatorships and wind projects.
