Suzanne Reisman

Suzanne Reisman is a London-based US international private client and philanthropy lawyer. She advises international families, family offices, entrepreneurs, philanthropists, trustees and professional advisers on cross-border tax, trust, estate, succession and philanthropic planning.

Her practice focuses on complex cross-border matters, including succession planning for family businesses, the creation and reorganisation of trust structures, family governance, matters involving sharia law, and tax and estate planning for US-connected families, including expatriation. A significant part of Suzanne’s practice is also devoted to cross-border charitable and philanthropic planning.

Suzanne works with families and advisers across a range of jurisdictions, with particular experience in matters involving the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Her work often involves coordinating the international planning for families with assets, family members, and structures across multiple jurisdictions.

Suzanne’s practice was named Boutique Firm of the Year by STEP in 2018/19. She was previously named as Citywealth's Women of the Year.

She writes and speaks regularly on international private client and philanthropic planning and was previously the co-Chair of the STEP Global Philanthropy Special Interest Group
