Susete Gomes

PhD and Master’s degree in Civil Law from PUC-São Paulo, and Law and Physiotherapy graduate from PUC-Campinas. A lawyer with solid experience in her areas of expertise, in both contentious and advisory matters. She has extensive knowledge in complex contracts, corporate transactions involving Due Diligence and M&A, corporate governance, as well as Family and Succession Law. She is the creator of the “Guide For Living” programme, which focuses on Longevity Planning associated with Asset and Succession Planning. Author of several books and legal articles, including the book “A Paradigm for the Interpretation of Complex Contracts” and the article “Longevity Planning: Self-Curatela Programme and Civil Liability”. Guest Lecturer in the Postgraduate Law Programme at Mackenzie Presbyterian University Campinas.
