Susanne Andréa Roug is a lawyer and partner at Husen Advokater, where she leads one of the firm’s Real Estate departments. Susanne and her team specialise in residential and commercial tenancy law, property transactions, ownership structuring and the establishment of serviced communities.

Susanne’s expertise includes advising, negotiating and litigating within rental properties, including optimisation, development, rent setting, termination, as well as providing expert knowledge through courses. She also specialises in cooperative housing and owners' associations, where she advises boards on pricing, expulsion, restructurings, amendments of the regulations, registration, application limitation, litigation and private courses for associations.

In addition to her role at Husen Advokater, Susanne is a lecturer in tenancy law at the University of Copenhagen and has served as a lay judge in tenancy law cases for several years. She is also a co-author of various publications on tenancy law.
