Sung Keun Park

Sung Keun Park is a foreign attorney at Yulchon LLC in the corporate and finance practice. Mr. Park’s practice focuses on general banking and finance, ship finance, aviation finance, acquisition finance, project finance, real estate and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Park has extensive experience in representing financial institutions, private equity funds and corporations in a broad range of cross-border transactions and matters. Prior to joining Yulchon LLC in 2012, Mr. Park worked at Schulte Roth & Zabel in its New York office. He received his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2007 and B.A. in business administration from Seoul National University in 2000. He is admitted to practice law in New York.
