Sundeep Kapur advises on privacy and AI compliance, regulatory investigations, commercial transactions, and other matters involving data and complex or emerging technologies. He provides tailored and practical guidance to clients, from startups to global corporations, on various privacy laws and regulatory frameworks, including the FTC Act, the U.S. state consumer and health privacy laws, children's online safety laws, AI state laws and industry best practices, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, VPPA, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Sundeep is also a leading advisor in the rapidly evolving advertising ecosystem and possesses an in-depth technical and legal understanding of adtech across all channels (e.g., social media, connected TV, linear TV, streaming, desktop, mobile app/web). He participates in adtech working groups and is a key contributor to the development of industry-wide privacy compliance solutions. He advises on compliance with self-regulatory regimes developed by the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), Network Advertising Initiative (NAI), and Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA). The IAB named him Outstanding Contributor to Legal Affairs in 2024 for his significant impact on the adtech ecosystem through his work on such industry-wide initiatives.
