Sucharita has over 23 years of experience in Corporate – Commercial, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Banking & Finance and Trust Laws. She advises a wide range of Indian and multinational clients in various sectors. Prior to AQUILAW, Sucharita was engaged as an Associate Partner with Khaitan & Co. Sucharita also expertises in Government Advisory and Policy. Sucharita is the Chairperson - Sub Committee on Ease of Doing Business, CII Eastern Region Council. Sucharita was the past Chairperson of CII, West Bengal State Council for 2023-24. She is an Independent Director in the Boards of Himadri Credit & Finance Limited and Tarsons Products Limited. She completed her LL.B. from University of Calcutta.
