Stig Berge joined Thommessen in 1998 and has been a partner since January 2004. Before joining Thommessen, he worked for six years at the Norwegian Ministry of Justice's Legislation Department.

Stig has long experience in giving corporate law advice to a number of different businesses. Stig also litigates cases within corporate law and professional liability. He has extensive experience with complex M&A and capital markets transaction.
