Steve Klepper is an appellate litigator in civil and criminal cases before state and federal appellate courts. He represents insurers in trial and appellate courts throughout the country in first-party and third-party coverage disputes. Steve's practice focuses on all phases of civil and criminal appeals, including briefing, emergency appellate motions, oral argument, certiorari practice, and trial preservation. Steve is Editor-In-Chief of the Maryland Appellate Blog, published by the Maryland State Bar Association Litigation Section.
