Steve Klepper is an appellate litigator in civil and criminal cases before state and federal appellate courts. He represents insurers in trial and appellate courts throughout the country in first-party and third-party coverage disputes. Mr. Klepper focuses on all phases of civil and criminal appeals, including briefing, emergency appellate motions, oral argument, certiorari practice, and trial preservation.
