Stevan's areas of expertise include investment protection, dispute resolution before local courts and international arbitration; negotiation and mediation; M&A and general corporate advisory, especially in arrangements with foreign element; financial services; bankruptcy and competition. He advises clients in all aspects of legal structuring of their business in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in the region, as well as in cross border formations.

Experience

He represents clients in complex litigation and arbitration cases. As a strong litigator with an extremely pragmatic approach, Stevan will lead you either to the final stage of any dispute or to practical settlement if that is the client’s priority. Stevan also serves as an arbitrator with an experience in panels in Bosnia and Herzegovina but also internationally. His engagement as a counsel has included both commercial and investment arbitration cases, in different stages. During his career as a practicing attorney, Stevan has led a number of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects and numerous M&A deals, both related to inbound and outbound investments. Stevan is also a licensed mediator.
