Stephen Walker is exceptional, he is very good with clients and he is very good with the law. He tailors his style depending on the client.
Stephen is popular with both claimants and defendants. He is extremely experienced, straightforward, no-nonsense, cuts to the chase to help people get to a solution.
Stephen really engages with the issues and highlights areas of weakness and strength for each party. He spends enough time to get things moving.
Stephen is very good because he looks at the economics of the situation. If you need him to put the squeeze on, he is very excellent at that.
Stephen’s mediation style is no-nonsense and to-the-point. He challenges your views on the merits of your position and focuses your mind, not just on merits, but on the end game.
