Stephen is the head of our Corporate division and a member of our board. He has particular expertise in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity.
Stephen principally focuses on the technology and energy sectors. His work in the technology sector includes early stage and scale-up financings (for both investors and companies) and M&A (both buy- and sell-side). In the energy sector: renewables as well as upstream oil and gas.
He also has significant industry experience from his timing working for multinational technology businesses – before joining the firm he was the general counsel at Orbital Software and then at IndigoVision.
