Stephen is Co-Head of Private Capital and Co-Head of our Private Equity practice, and is based in London. He has over 30 years of experience advising private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds and other equity providers on all aspects of private equity and corporate transactions.

He also advises public and private corporates and investment banks on the full range of cross border M&A and corporate finance transactions.
