Stephen Keogh

Stephen is the Managing Partner of William Fry and a member of the Corporate / M&A department. He specialises in transactional corporate work with a particular emphasis on private equity transactions, acting for both investors and companies. Stephen also advises on a range of general corporate matters, including corporate restructurings. Stephen was the head of William Fry's London office for five years, returning to Ireland in 2017.
